Made these yummy popsicles with my kiddos! Easy, fun to make together, and healthy - what more could a momma ask for?!?
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
2 TBSP Honey
1 cup of fruit (blueberries, strawberries, bananas, peaches, or even a mixture - we used blueberries)
Pop Molds (or you can use little paper cups with tin foil and popsicle sticks)
Directions:
In a blender whirl all fruit. Add in 1 TBSP honey.
In separate bowl mix 1 cup of yogurt with 1 TBSP honey.
Spray molds with a cooking spray to avoid sticking.
Pour in yogurt, then some fruit mixture, yogurt, fruit mixture. This will give you layers, you can also do swirls using a toothpick, or just dump it all in together and mix.
Freeze for 4 hours.
*If you are using paper cups - fill paper cups, place popsicle stick and cover with tin foil (stick will pop through foil)
Brown ground turkey, add onions and green peppers - sautee until onions turn slightly brown. (Preheat oven to 350)
Drain the browned meat and onion/green pepper mixture. Add in the tomatoes, water, tomato paste and spaghetti sauce mix. Bring to a boil. Let simmer about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine and mix the egg, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl.
Spray a 13×9 baking dish with cooking spray
Spread 2 cups of the sauce mixture on the bottom of the baking dish. Lay 3 noodles on top of the sauce. Add 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture to the top of the noodles. On top of the cottage cheese mixture, add 1/2 of the remainder of the sauce mixture. Repeat - your top layer should be all meat sauce.
Cover with foil and bake for about 50 minutes. Uncover and add mozzarella cheese. Place back in the oven uncovered for around 15 minutes.

Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology 1/4 cup fat-free ricotta cheese 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1/2 cup raspberries 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup skim milk

Hi everyone! I get asked so many times "How did you lose your baby weight after all your kids?" and "How do you always have energy and handle it all?" So I've decided I'm going to run a group based on these 2 questions to help you! I'm going to share with you exactly what I did and still do on my own fitness journey, nutrition tips & tricks, AND how I fit it all in with my schedule!
I'm super excited to start my "Fall into Fitness" Challenge Group! Right after all our summer vacations end, the kids get back into a school routine, and just in time for skinny jeans, boots, & leggings....oh yea and pumpkin spice everything!

Yummmmm.....one of my favorite foods is deviled eggs!!! Here is my go to recipe for healthier deviled eggs.
Ingredients: 6 Hard Boiled Eggs (peeled & cut lengthwise), 1/4 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt, 2 tsp Mustard, 1/4 tsp Pepper, 1/8 tsp Salt, and Paprika to sprinkle
Directions:
Place 6 eggs in pot and cover with cold water. Cover and bring them to a boil, then turn off the heat and let them sit, still covered, for 12 minutes. Then they are ready! I usually rinse mine with some cold water and drain. Then I shake them all around in the pot (vigorously - get mad with your pot. The more you shake the easier to peel). Then I rinse them in cold water and the shell should peel off.
Once they’ve cooled, peel them and cut them lengthwise.
Place the whites on a plate and the yolks in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients except for the paprika to the yolks in the bowl, and mash it all together. For a smoother consistency use a blender.
Add the mixture back into the empty egg whites, top with a sprinkle of paprika, and eat away!
