Shake-O Butter Cups
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 TBSP Peanut Butter
6 oz water
4 oz milk (almond, skim, whole)
5-8 ice cubes
Blend - add more ice to make shake thicker.

1/4 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup skim milk
