Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 TBSP Honey
- 1 cup of fruit (blueberries, strawberries, bananas, peaches, or even a mixture - we used blueberries)
- Pop Molds (or you can use little paper cups with tin foil and popsicle sticks)
Directions:
- In a blender whirl all fruit. Add in 1 TBSP honey.
- In separate bowl mix 1 cup of yogurt with 1 TBSP honey.
- Spray molds with a cooking spray to avoid sticking.
- Pour in yogurt, then some fruit mixture, yogurt, fruit mixture. This will give you layers, you can also do swirls using a toothpick, or just dump it all in together and mix.
- Freeze for 4 hours.
*If you are using paper cups - fill paper cups, place popsicle stick and cover with tin foil (stick will pop through foil)
