Deviled Eggs but HEALTHIER!

Yummmmm.....one of my favorite foods is deviled eggs!!! Here is my go to recipe for healthier deviled eggs.





Ingredients: 6 Hard Boiled Eggs (peeled & cut lengthwise), 1/4 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt, 2 tsp Mustard, 1/4 tsp Pepper, 1/8 tsp Salt, and Paprika to sprinkle


Directions: 
Place 6 eggs in pot and cover with cold water. Cover and bring them to a boil, then turn off the heat and let them sit, still covered, for 12 minutes. Then they are ready! I usually rinse mine with some cold water and drain. Then I shake them all around in the pot (vigorously - get mad with your pot. The more you shake the easier to peel). Then I rinse them in cold water and the shell should peel off.  
Once they’ve cooled, peel them and cut them lengthwise.
Place the whites on a plate and the yolks in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients except for the paprika to the yolks in the bowl, and mash it all together. For a smoother consistency use a blender. 
Add the mixture back into the empty egg whites, top with a sprinkle of paprika, and eat away!
